Graduated in Psychology by the University of Buenos Aires, Aldana is a teacher for more than 10 years, keeping her professional development continuous.
With extensive experience in the field of education and community development, Aldana has specialized in design, management and impact of social programs for Third Sector Associations in coordination with public policies and private sphere.
Among the areas of her expertise are: performance in evaluation and monitoring of ISO 26000 Standard (social responsibility), social responsibility in Universities, multisectoral alliances for the development of the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) and implementation and monitoring of public policies.
Specialist in management of Third Sector Organizations, she had participated in design and implementation of communication plans for teams within NGOs towards strategic and participatory management, as well as in the formation and development of groups in strategic inter-institutional alliances.
Aldana has worked as director, coordinator and advisor in various civil society organizations.
Irina Lotkova

Graduated from the Faculty of Journalism at Moscow State University and Master of Professional Studies in Political Communication and Governance at The George Washington University.
For 10 years Irina has taught Geopolitics, International and Intercultural Communication at Tecnologico de Monterrey (# 1 private university in Mexico) Campus Monterrey and Santa Fe.
As a Political Consultant, she has participated in electoral campaigns in Mexico, designing campaign strategies and monitoring them, as well as working on political branding of the candidates.
Expert in government communication, Irina has collaborated with State Governments designing internal and external communication plans, institutional campaigns and implementing project management.
Alejandro Gabriel Fernández

Lawyer graduated from the University of Buenos Aires, Master of Professional Studies in Political Communication and Governance at The George Washington University, Washington DC, USA.
With over 30 years of practice and experience in management and public administration on different fields, such as security agencies, immigration and legislation issues, as well as judiciary, Alejandro have gained expertise in auditing and external management control issues.
He had also worked in Open Government and transparency areas, specializing in social and governance criteria, quality standards certification and Sustainable Development Goals in public area.
